Rachel Malek

I am a facilitator and consultant dedicated to helping purpose-driven organizations navigate the complexities of change, transformation, and innovation. With over 15 years of experience, I partner with small to medium-sized organizations across the private, nonprofit, and public sectors that are committed to making a positive impact and improving their internal effectiveness.

My approach draws on a rich array of methodologies to guide organizations toward greater collaboration and impact. In addition to my work in transformation and innovation, I also offer expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, organizational design, regenerative practices, and harnessing the potential of emerging technologies like AI.

While I work independently, I am deeply connected to a strong network of collaborators across Italy and Europe. Based in Basilicata, I work both virtually and in person with clients across Italy, Europe, and internationally.

In addition to my independent practice, I am an IAF Endorsed Facilitator and serve as the 2025-2027 Co-Chair of the Italian Chapter of IAF. I am also a member of the IAF Special Interest Group on AI & Facilitation, an Evolution Coach at Cocoon Pro, and a founding member of the Facilitation Academy Nexus. Additionally, I am a trainer for the UN Volunteer Program, committed to advancing the practice of facilitation and fostering meaningful change globally.
